Spring Is Busting Out All Over

We live in a joyous place
With many smiles upon each face

Critter friends come in by the dozen
With many sounds of lovely percussion

Bocce Ball is back in full force
They have perfectly manicured every course

Our Tennis players create a great team
The Pickle Ball teams play to extreme

The Prickly Pear are blooming everywhere
As the Cacti bloom in great fare

The baby quail try to find their way
The mommas work to keep them at bay

The new kind of birds like to fly by
We don’t know the species, but we try

The bunnies are everywhere
They run around without a care

I hate to mention the javelinas
It’s like they don’t care or barely see us

We start to hear the coyotes howl
Then wait to hear the hoot of an owl

A tail wobbling could very well be
A sighting of something we may not want to see

With all the wonders of spring
We still get excited for what it may bring

So as our SPRING is busting out,
We shall all enjoy, I have no doubt!
